Step 01

Concept & CAD

A short technical conversation to capture what the part needs to do, followed by concept sketches and full parametric CAD — tolerances, GD&T, and assembly detail included. What feels like one step delivers a manufacturing-ready 3D model.

Step 02

Prototype

Your design becomes a physical part within days — CNC-machined or 3D-printed in the material that matches its function — iterated until fit and performance are right.

Step 03

Production — Small & Medium Series

Once validated, the same design scales into small and medium production runs — CNC machining and industrial 3D printing across metals and engineering plastics, with surface finishing included.
